Meyers and large stand alone cage in Antioch, California For Sale

I have a Meyers Parrot, he (or she) not sexed, is very friendly and says a few words, although not very clear. He is almost 5 years old and was rescued from a very bad situation. He is plucked and will allow the feathers to start growing back but then soon plucks them out. There are no health reasons for this plucking. The reason may be due to his poor past of nearly being fed to a large snack for being too loud.
I have had him for nearly 2 years now to assure that there were no health issues before adopting him out. When I rescued him he was about 95% plucked, he has over time allowed the feathers on his wings and head to grow in and has not plucked them. He loves attention and would thrive in an environment where he could be the center of attention, out of his cage most of the day and would do best with someone home most of the time so that he can be allowed to be out of this cage and given the proper attention and care.
I will be picky as to the home he will be going to so please don't be offended if I ask you questions to find out if you would be the best for him. He is vocal at times, especially when there is to much going on in the house or if he feels he deserves more attention then he is receiving.
As for his diet, he loves to eat whatever you are having within reason of course. He enjoys his fresh food and pellets. He enjoys homemade birdie bread and seeds as a special treat. He will come with his cage, all his toys and any pellets that are remaining for $400, this is a very fair price as Meyers range from 500-650 and the cage is over 150 so I am very firm on the price.
